The standard project scope allows for two revisions:
First revision: You provide feedback, and we discuss and apply the changes.
Second revision: You review again, and we make final refinements.
If it’s all good, the homepage is approved and we can continue!
Any further additional revisions after that point will be billed hourly. This helps keep feedback clear and concise, keeps the project moving forward and saves time and energy for you and for us.
How to provide feedback:
✔️ Minor text or image changes? Use the feedback tool on the draft site (bottom center of your screen).
✔️ Design & layout feedback? Email is best, but we can also schedule a call.
Feedback Tips
- We value your feedback! Some feedback is more useful than others. It’s always important to consider that what works best for your audience may not always be what you like best.
- Useful feedback may be swapping a picture as it’s the wrong piece of machinery, or that you’re feeling unsure about the font and would like to see another option. Not as useful feedback might be deleting buttons because you don’t like buttons, or changing the background to yellow because you like yellow.
- Always check the content for accuracy, ensuring the services are correct, prices are correct etc.
- If there are multiple stakeholders, it can be useful to elect one person to handle the project. Otherwise, allow everyone to weigh in first before compiling and sending through your revision feedback.
