Ollie has been working with web technology since 1998 and more generally with computers since 1992. He formally set up Cloud Concepts Pty Ltd in April of 2016.
With an extensive background as a web developer and having amassed significant experience in marketing and web-based software development, he brings all of these skills to bear on the continual evolution of Cloud Concepts towards the ultimate goal of building the best possible website development service for its target market of small businesses.
Ollie moved to Port Macquarie from Ireland in 2004 and has worked in web development here since then as well as in various creative and entrepreneurial roles.
Ollie takes care of all things technical and operational and has a knack for finding creative solutions to any problem.
Natalie joined the Cloud Concepts team in 2023, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong passion for web design.
In her role, she works end-to-end on projects, from initial concepts and visual direction through to client communication and final delivery. She collaborates closely with both clients and our production team to ensure every project is strategically aligned, creatively executed, and delivered to a high standard.
Natalie is passionate about creating engaging, results-driven websites and is especially driven by helping small businesses build a strong and confident online presence. She values clear communication and strives to create a seamless, positive experience for every client.
Belén brings a wealth and depth of knowledge in user interface and user experience design, allowing us to build highly functional and well-designed websites for our client base.
With a distinct focus on industry best practices and innovative design and user experience thinking, Belén rounds out the team wonderfully by ensuring delivery of high-quality work that produces meaningful results.
