We believe that small businesses have been getting a bit of a raw deal when it comes to websites. There are two main options - do it yourself or pay someone else to do it for you. Increasingly, the DIY option is more readily available through tools such as Wix and Squarespace. However, the biggest downside to these options is the time it takes to set them up and keep them updated.

As a small business owner, it's likely that the best use of your time is spent on things other than mucking around with a website. So, your better option is to outsource to a website design agency. Ollie Brooke - Director

Ollie has been working with web technology since 1998 and more generally with computers since 1992. He formally set up Cloud Concepts Pty Ltd in April of 2016.

With an extensive background as a web developer and having amassed significant experience in marketing and web-based software development, he brings all of these skills to bear on the continual evolution of Cloud Concepts towards the ultimate goal of building the best possible website development service for its target market of small businesses.

Ollie moved to Port Macquarie from Ireland in 2004 and has worked in web development here since then as well as in various creative and entrepreneurial roles.
Ollie takes care of all things technical and operational and has a knack for finding creative solutions to any problem.

Jess Green - Creative Director

Jess joined the team in early 2022 with a background in fine arts, writing and many years of hospitality management.
Jess has a passion for all things visual communication and helping small businesses realise their brand vision and message and connect with their customers.

Her role at Cloud Concepts includes project management, copywriting and designing all of our websites.

Natalie Middleton - Production & Maintenance

Natalie joined our team in 2023, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for web design.

With her recent completion of Certificate 3 in Business - Customer Engagement, Natalie combines her academic knowledge with her own entrepreneurial spirit to provide great service to our clients.

Her role at Cloud Concepts includes collaborating closely with Jess, contributing her creative flair to various projects and ensuring timely customer updates.
